THE PSALM FOR TODAY

Psalm 3

“Lord, how are they increased that trouble me…”—I declare over you, no matter how many rise against you, they will not prevail; every opposition around your life loses strength today.

“Many say… there is no help for him in God.”—every voice speaking defeat over you is silenced, and I prophesy: help will arise for you suddenly, and God will prove Himself in your situation

“But Thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.”—the Lord is your shield; you are covered on every side, and your head is lifted above shame into honor.

“I cried unto the Lord… and He heard me…”—as you call on God, He hears you; receive answers, receive intervention, receive undeniable testimonies.

“I laid me down and slept… for the Lord sustained me.”—you will rest without fear; your mind is at peace, your heart is at ease, for the Lord sustains you.

“I will not be afraid…”—fear is broken over your life; boldness and confidence rise within you now.

“Arise, O Lord… save me…”—the Lord arises on your behalf; every battle you cannot fight, He turns into victory.

“Thy blessing is upon thy people.”—so I declare over you: you are blessed, you are preserved, you are favored—today and always, in Jesus’ name.
